Customer Service Officer for Tuition Centre
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
To engage potential customers and inform them of existing programmes and promotion, build and manage relations with customers; and assist the Centre Manager to run a centre.
WHO WE ARE:
We are AGrader Learning Centre, a tuition and enrichment chain with 20 outlets island wide.
We are seeking someone who is independent, passionate and takes ownership in tasks assigned to join us as a Customer Service Officer in our outlet to build and maintain relations with customers; whilst ensuring the smooth operations of the centre.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries
- Identify needs and develop strategies to engage potential customers’ interest about programmes
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, system updates and preparation of materials for classes
- Process student registration and payment of fees
- Work closely with the Operations Centre Manager and be responsible for the daily operations of the tuition centre – ensure facilities are in good working condition and maintain cleanliness
- Take up leadership roles when required
- Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess minimally a Diploma or a GCE N/O Level certificate; prior work experience would be an advantage
- Has passion in developing a career in the Education Industry
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Meticulous and strong attention to details
- Equally motivated to work independently and collaborate in a team
