About the Job:

Jacin Security Services is seeking a dedicated and competent Security Supervisor to join our team at the Tuas Factory. The Security Supervisor will oversee the security personnel during the day shift, ensure the safety and security of the premises, and manage daily security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the security team
• Coordinate with management to enforce security policies and procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of security incidents
• Monitor and operate security systems and equipment
• Provide training and guidance to security staff

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a security supervisory role
• Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and monitoring
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• With PLRD requirements.
