Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Manager, BS (Solutions) to join their IT Business Solutions & Services team. About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a subject matter expert for IT software solutions.
Your primary focus will be on product lifecycle management, spanning pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. You will analyze market trends to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that empower the sales team to drive success. This role requires a keen understanding of market needs to ensure the effective positioning of IT solutions, without involvement in product development.
You will regularly present marketing strategies and provide training to stakeholders and sales teams, making strong communication and presentation skills essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch review.
Conduct market research to understand industry demands and define effective positioning strategies for IT solutions. Design and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies to support sales objectives. Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders and sales teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on product offerings.
Organize and conduct product training sessions, equipping teams with the tools and insights needed for success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and business goals. What We Are Looking For: At least 6 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B IT software solutions.
Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver impactful product training sessions and presentations. A hands-on professional capable of independently developing and executing marketing strategies. Experience working closely with sales teams to align on objectives and support their efforts.
