As we expand, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base, forge new partnerships, and drive revenue through effective lead generation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting Leads & Partners
- Research and identify potential clients, including wedding planners, event organizers, hotels, and corporate gift buyers.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture and convert leads.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client communication.
- Maintain and update the CRM or lead tracking system.
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners (e.g., event planners, wedding vendors, hotels, and corporate clients)
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand partnerships.
- Sales & Marketing Support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients and partners.
- Manage and organize sales reports, client databases, and meeting schedules.
- Develop creative and relevant content, and engage with the community on Anri's social media accounts
- Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations for refining sales strategies.
- Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.
- Flexible working arrangements with weekly F2F meetings.
- Hands-on experience in the wedding and gifting industry.
