HR Executive (Total Rewards) - Toa Payoh

Reporting to the Total Rewards (TR) Team Lead, the HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting TR-related projects and initiatives. This position involves collaborating with HR Business Partners and overseas HR teams to ensure the effective implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, as well as managing global mobility processes.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and overseas HR teams to support the annual appraisal cycle, providing guidance on processes and timelines to ensure timely submissions for consolidated review.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Analyse and review job grades and salary structures to ensure market competitiveness.
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to gather relevant data.
• Review and analyse benefits policies to ensure relevance.
• Support the annual insurance renewal process.
• Address inquiries from the HR team and employees regarding policy clarifications.
• Support in other TR related initiatives

• Calculate compensation packages for overseas assignment, ensuring compliance with respective country tax and statutory/social insurance legislations.
• Perform annual hypothetical tax calculations and reconcile differences in the following year.
• Liaise with Singapore and overseas HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payment to assignees.

• Degree in Human Resources or related course of study
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Compensation & Benefits; preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook) and familiarity with HR systems.
