About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Social Jet, you will be at the heart of our client relationships and campaign execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients across a wide variety of industries. You will be empowered to act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, problem-solving, and of course, a passion for influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client goals and objectives, proactively offering strategic insights and solutions.
- Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, influencer partnerships, and ad operations, to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports, insights, and optimizations to clients.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support business development efforts.
- Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience: At least 2 years in account management, client servicing, or marketing roles, preferably in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media agencies.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media trends, and campaign performance metrics.
- Client-Centric: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a keen understanding of client needs. Ability to lead and take meetings (whether virtually or in person).
- Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools, CRM platforms, and social media analytics tools is a plus.
