We are seeking an IT Project Manager (Product Management) to lead the end-to-end delivery of government ICT projects, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with IT governance. This role requires a strategic mindset to shape product roadmaps while driving project execution.

? Location: Singapore (Hybrid arrangement)
⏳ Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
? Salary: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS
? Job Type: 1-year Contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

Product & Project Leadership: Define project scope, objectives, and product roadmaps in alignment with business needs. Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful deployment.
Stakeholder & User Engagement: Work closely with government agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable project and product strategies.
Agile & Digital Transformation: Drive product development using Agile methodologies. Ensure user-centric design and continuous improvement based on feedback.
Tender & Procurement Management: Define project specifications, evaluate tenders, and participate in procurement decisions to ensure cost-effective and quality solutions.
Budget & Risk Management: Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments, ensuring project goals are met without compromising compliance or quality
Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task allocation, collaboration, and timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong record of delivering complex projects and managing product roadmaps.
Strong expertise in product management, project planning, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and risk management.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks in managing digital transformation projects.
Prior experience in government ICT projects is an advantage.
