Job Description:
- Oversee and coordinate the mechanical and electrical works of the project, ensuring that all tasks are carried out with reasonable skill, care, and diligence.
- Supervise the execution of construction works, ensuring that contractors follow the agreed contract specifications, drawings, and other applicable standards.
- Regularly monitor and assess the contractor's progress and performance on-site, ensuring the work stays on schedule and meets all project milestones.
- Maintain proper documentation and site records that reflect the progress of the work.
- Conduct regular inspections of the work to ensure compliance with the quality standards, specifications, and requirements.
- Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during inspections to ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.
Job requirement:
- Diploma / ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized
- Registered Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building services in the supervision of commercial/ institutional development with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices.
