Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop new accounts and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and networking.
• Conduct sales calls, visits, and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Gather market and customer insights on trends and needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate shipments, address customer feedback, and maintain communication.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
