Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Treasury Operations

Prepare and ensure timely month-end closing activities including:
Preparation of journal entries for investment-related transactions
Assist in review bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
Prepare monthly audit schedules for investment and banking activities

Corporate Credit Card Activities

Handle administrative works and queries related to corporate credit card
Assist in data analytics on corporate credit card spending to identify anomalies

Support Virtual Credit Card (VCC) implementation:

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new VCC system
Assist to coordinate with divisions on VCC rollout requirements
Assist in conducting user training sessions

Others

Perform any ad-hoc Treasury related activities as and when assigned by reporting officer

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting
Prior experience in treasury would be beneficial.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and WorkDay (preferred)
