Project Engineer / Service Engineer (Oil & Gas - Process Analyzer Equipment) - Choa Chu Kang

• Location: West Singapore (Required to travel to site - industrial plant)

Responsibilities:

Project Engineer:

• Coordinate and manage analyzer system integration projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with internal design and procurement teams, as well as external vendors and clients.
• Prepare project documentation including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and FAT/SAT procedures.
• Ensure project deliverables meet technical requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Support site installation, commissioning, and handover to clients.

Service Engineer:

• Perform installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of process analyzers on client sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for analyzer systems and related components.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of installed equipment.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Provide training and on-site support to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analyzer systems, instrumentation, or control systems within the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
• Familiar with analyzers such as Gas Chromatographs, Oxygen Analyzers, Moisture Analyzers, etc.
• Willing to travel locally and regionally for site works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of process flow and safety requirements in hazardous environments.
