Job Scope:

• Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with defense standards.
• Conduct research and development to enhance product performance, safety, and reliability while optimizing production efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product meet military specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage and improve production lines, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with defense agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless production and supply chain management.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations to resolve defects or malfunctions in products.
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Utilize advanced manufacturing technologies, such as CNC machining and additive manufacturing, to enhance production capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise and training to production staff on product assembly, loading, and handling procedures.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing)
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of machining, automation assembly, and other production techniques.
• CAD and CAM Software: Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software for designing production layouts and systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
