Position : Admin Executive [Insurance Industry/Motor Insurance] - Training Provided
- Location : Sin Ming Drive
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- General email servicing and enquiries support for Insurance team
- Data entry of prospective customers into cloud-based system
- Follow up on new leads to secure new clientele
- Generate quotes from insurers to support dealers
- Generate daily sales report
- Generate monthly renewal list to call and follow up
- Prepare monthly reports such as tallying monthly sales against reported cases
- Tally warranty cases taken in and generate Excel report
- Administrative duties to ensure completeness of insurance documentation
- Other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirements:
- Min O’Levels
- Min 2 years’ experience in insurance administration
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
