Your new role

Join their innovative QA team as an Industrial Process Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing electronic manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective processes.

Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

Spearhead process development and optimization initiatives to enhance electronic product manufacturing
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
Oversee equipment management, installation, and maintenance for optimal performance
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and provide training to production staff
Ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance
Guarantee safety compliance and adherence to environmental standards

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate, should have;

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering
Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and Python
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industry standards
