Export Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) - Bukit Merah

Adecco is collaborating with a global freight forwarder to recruit a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Executive to manage airfreight export activities for Japanese clients.

The Opportunity:

• Transportation provider
• Good career progression
• Location: Apls (Transportation provider)
• Working hours: Monday
• Friday (9 AM
• 6:30 PM) and alternate Saturday (9AM
• 1PM)
• Salary: up to $4500 (AWS + VB)

The Job:

• Maintain direct contact with customers, delivering friendly and reliable service.
• Ensure the timely provision of flight details to customers within 1 hour of receiving the booking.
• Verify export document compliance during the processing of export work orders.
• Always ensure that the Airfreight rates applied are correct and updated.
• Consistently monitor the onboard status and promptly inform customers of any irregularities.

The Talent:

• At least 2 years of experience within the same industry/field
• Ability to read and write Japanese
• Candidates with JLPT certification are preferred
