HR Executive (1 year direct contract, Convertible)
Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm (Full work-from-office)
The HR Executive oversees end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring adherence to local regulations and managing government claims. This role also supports employee benefits administration and HR operations to maintain accurate and efficient HR and payroll systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, tax filings (IR8A, IR21), and MOM/IRAS regulations.
- Process government claims such as NS Pay, Maternity Leave, and Childcare Leave.
- Manage CorpPass for government-related transactions.
- Oversee insurance claims, policy renewals, and employee benefits administration.
- Draft and issue HR-related letters and official correspondence.
- Generate payroll reports and assist finance with payroll reconciliation and audits.
- Support various HR tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of payroll experience (full scope)
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly meticulous and organized especially with data
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Able to work independently to meet organizational goals.
- Able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations.
- Proficient in HRIS Software Prosoft
