Geylang - Quantity Surveyor - Contracts & Costs Control (FM & Building Maintenance)

• Location: Central West
• Working Hours: 5.5 days week

Responsibilities:

• Provides Quantity Surveying and contracts administration support for IFM and building maintenance services.
• Assists in maintenance and project work, including contract preparation and vendor/subcontractor management.
• Prepare and submit claims upon project completion and manage progress claims from vendors/subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients and their representatives on project progress, claims, and KPIs.
• Monitor and track contract variations, cost control and omissions.
• Manage payments and process claims, contract documentation using ERP software and/ or maintenance management systems
• Oversee project costs, handle contract variations, valuations, and manage final accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of costs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Perform ad hoc contract-related tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in M&E services or FM.
• Candidates with QS experience in project or building construction (with M&E exposure) are welcome to apply.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/ or ERP/ CMMS
• Ability to manage vendors and subcontractors effectively.
• Meticulous, independent, and innovative.
