The Company
The company is a growing pharmaceutical organization providing manufacturing, sales, distribution, and product development services for its clients. They are currently seeking a Logistic Coordinator to join their expanding team.
The Position
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, insurance, and letters of credit. The role also involves handling freight charges, customs duties, port charges, and warehousing costs, as well as processing and verifying supplier and freight invoices.Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will work with trade finance documents, including letters of credit, shipping invoices, and tax compliance. The position also requires involvement in various ad-hoc duties as needed.
The Person
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain, or a related field, with strong proficiency in Excel. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
