About the job: As a Management Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document end-to-end client lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, periodic reviews, and offboarding. Identify gaps in existing processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and client experience.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of workflow automation and digital solutions for client onboarding. Conduct business requirements gathering, process mapping, and impact assessments for CLM system enhancements. Ensure adherence to global and local regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, CDD, and data privacy regulations.
Work with IT teams to support the configuration, testing, and deployment of CLM platforms such as Fenergo, Pega, or in-house banking solutions. Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review. Provide training and documentation to key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of CLM processes.
About you: Degree holder. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client lifecycle management, business analysis, KYC, AML compliance, or banking operations. Strong understanding of global and regional regulatory frameworks (FATCA, CRS, MiFID, GDPR, etc.). Experience in requirements gathering, workflow design, data analysis, and process reengineering.
Familiarity with CLM platforms such as Fenergo, Pega, Actimize, or similar banking technology solutions. Strong communication skills to work effectively with business teams, IT, compliance officers, and external vendors. Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, JIRA, Visio, or workflow management tools.

Capable of applying technology principles to business. Can fluently speak and write in English.
