Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer Manager

Job Responsibilities:
This role is required to structure and lead the sales team to prioritise sales channel, manage customer relationship and satisfaction, sales growth and company’s branding.- Outdoor sales to promote our range of ACMV products (eg, Air Diffusion Products, Fabric Ducts and Etc...).
- Development of new ACMV Contractors accounts.
- Strategize growth of sales with clear goal on generating revenue.
- Submitting quotations / proposals to customers in a timely professional manner and continuously follow-up closely.
- Perform forecasting to ensure availability of stocks.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams ensuring all logistic and operations aspects are met for the customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must process ACMV Experience.
- Polytechnic Diploma in any Business / Mechanical Engineering Field.
- Work experience in Construction or Manufacturing an added advantage
- 2 years relevant experience in Sales or Sales Coordination position.
- Proficient in MS Office (example PowerPoint or Excel).
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients over the long term.
- Strong analytical skills with a drive to identify and implement business process efficiency improvements.
- Meticulous in execution of work duties, must possess a positive attitude and is hardworking.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate with mandarin speaking client.
Candidates with more working experience will be considered for Sales Engineer Manager role.
Salary range display does not include sales commission.
Allowance:
Transport allowance will be provided for personal car.
