Admin cum Account executive/Manager - Toa Payoh

What will you do:-
  • Handle full/partial sets company account, maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Monthly account closing and management reporting
  • Actively involved in the new ERP system
  • Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Department
  • Assist HR in Updating & maintaining employee benefits, employment status & similar records
  • Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties assigned
What it requires:-
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and databases and other business intelligence software
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer and colleagues
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication
