Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting top legal talent with leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality legal professionals.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Strong understanding of the legal industry and its specific recruitment needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving recruitment targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field is preferred.
