Project Manager – Facility Improvement Project - Woodlands

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, project execution, regulatory compliance and partner sponsorship.

• Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end facility improvement project ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery per design requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all BCA, LTA and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and performance metrics.
• Oversee site operations, inspections, quality control, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles proactively.
• Identify and develop collaborations with curated list of sponsors
• Ensure minimal disruption to normal operations during renovations.
• Implement best construction and renovation management practices
• Regularly report on project status, KPIs, and milestones to the Management Team.
• Handles any other duty as assigned by the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facility improvement operations or project management
• Proven track record of managing complex renovation projects
• Strong understanding of BCA, LTA and other local regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with aviation facility design and planning.
• Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, etc.
