Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Yishun

Mondays Made is a jewelry brand known for its thoughtfully designed collections that inspire self-expression. We are passionate about creating whimsical yet refined pieces that add a sparkle to our customers' lives We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our CentrePoint boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, styling and inquiries.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with the brand’s new collections and best-sellers.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Help meet sales targets by promoting products and cross-selling.
• Process online order collections or after sales services.
• Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and store performance.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Passionate about jewelry and fashion, with the ability to connect with customers and share product knowledge.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and a variable schedule.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements (Part-Time):

• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
• Must commit at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend weekly.
• $10-$12/hour plus commission for every sale.
• Students are welcome to apply if they are able to commit to a regular weekly schedule.
