How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

The Senior Strategic Planning Engineer oversees project planning, budgeting forecasts, and prioritization strategies. Responsibilities include market research, business development, and data-driven analysis to provide strategic recommendations.

They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource planning, drive improvements, and enhance decision-making processes for organizational growth and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support Business Developer in developing cost-effective and technically compliant solutions aligned with industry standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to create competitive technical proposals and commercial offers.
  • Assist in risk assessment, scope clarification, and technical input to ensure safe and reliable project execution.
  • Ensure project compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and external standards.
  • Support the Strategic Planning Manager in problem-solving, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement budget control strategies for specialty gas and chemical equipment projects.
  • Align project procurement plans with budget allocations to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement planning for specialty gas and chemical equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish workflows for budget tracking, cost forecasting, and financial compliance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on budget performance, cost trends, and procurement efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions on strategic planning, budget management, and procurement best practices.
  • Identify supply chain risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive supplier competitiveness.
Are you a MATCH?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or Chemistry preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic planning or supply chain management.
  • Good analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, budget forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for cost reporting, dashboard creation, and variance analysis.
  • Ability to assess financial and operational data to drive strategic decision-making and efficiency improvements.
  • Possess cross-functional collaboration skills, working with finance, procurement, and engineering teams to align strategic goals.
