Executive, Office of Research Integrity and Compliance (4-month contract)

Singapore Office of Research Integirty and Compliance provides the regulatory oversight and promotes research integrity and compliance in the conduct of human biomedical research. Under the Research Institution (RI) Administration, you will assist the department in developing policies and training to manage research compliance and integrity to ensure cluster compliance with local regulatory requirements.
You are also responsible for maintaining databases and supporting intra-cluster collaboration by ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders and timely dissemination of meeting materials, agenda and minutes. You will provide general administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, with administrative experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a team, and capable of balancing workload by prioritizing tasks and requests according to specific deadlines
- Well-organized and meticulous individual with attention to detail
- Self-driven and resourceful team player
