We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in this critical sector.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will spearhead efforts to expand our market presence and client base for labeling services in the regional shipyard, offshore and petrochemical industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the alignment of our services with industry needs and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and market share growth in the regional shipyard, offshore and petrochemical industry

Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including partnerships and large-scale contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry leaders, and decision-makers.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure the delivery of tailored labeling solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote services and build networks.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the regional shipyard, offshore and petrochemical industry

Strong knowledge of labeling standards and compliance requirements in the petrochemical industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
