Card Acquisition Support (12 months contract) - Financial Services

Our client is a top global financial services company. This role focuses on supporting the acquisition and management of commercial card products, ensuring client satisfaction, and working with various internal teams to improve processes and meet goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition and marketing campaigns, and follow up on inbound leads for commercial cards.
- Assist customers with signing up for commercial debit and credit cards, managing inquiries and submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the card application process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a client advocate, identifying and resolving issues, while handling administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in financial institutions. Fresh graduates with internship experience in financial institutions are welcome to apply.
- Results-driven with the ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
