Key Responsibilities:

  1. Annual Compensation Processes
  • Prepare and validate data for bonus payouts and salary increment exercises to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for management approvals and decision-making.
  • Support the communication of compensation changes to employees.
  1. Yearly Budget Preparation and Forecasting
  • Assist in salary and compensation budget planning for the fiscal year.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure budget alignment and cost controls within predefined limits.
  • Prepare forecasts for labor costs based on headcount projections and organizational needs.
  1. Labor Cost Control and Analysis
  • Monitor labor cost trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising competitiveness.
  • Track actual expenses against budgets and highlight variances for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to control costs while supporting business growth strategies.
  1. Welfare and Benefits Review (CTAP)
  • Revamp and review welfare and benefits programs under CTAP to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze employee feedback and benchmark industry trends to propose improvements in welfare and benefits offerings.
  • Develop and implement policies to support work-life balance, healthcare benefits, and other employee retention programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and external vendors to optimize the administration and cost-effectiveness of benefit programs.
  1. Data Analysis and Market Benchmarking
  • Conduct market salary analysis and benchmarking studies to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Participate in salary surveys and job evaluations to support internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on analysis findings.
  1. Compliance and Policy Support
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating compensation policies to reflect regulatory changes or market trends.
  1. General Administrative Support
  • Manage festive season and birthday voucher purchases and oversee their distribution to employees.
  • Provide administrative assistance for employee engagement initiatives such as gifts, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation related to vouchers, benefits, and other support programs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage procurement and timely delivery of vouchers or other rewards.
  1. Sales Commission Enquiries and Support
  • Handle sales commission enquiries by verifying calculations, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring payouts align with company policies.
  • Support sales commission processing by preparing reports and validating commission structures.
  • Provide timely responses to employee queries regarding commission payments to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Assist in improving commission processes and documentation to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation management software.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compensation regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a focus on continuous improvement.
