Business Development & Partnership (remote/flexi hours)

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and pursue new merchant and partnership opportunities through research, outreach, and creative lead generation
  • Understand clients’ needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win clients over
  • Negotiate, close, and manage commercial deals and campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, retail insights, and competitors
  • Use CRM tools (like HubSpot) to track leads, performance, and follow-ups
  • Assist with merchant onboarding, account management and operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (retail/media experience a plus)
  • Strong communicator, confident negotiator, and natural relationship-builder
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • Digitally savvy and resourceful—you know how to figure things out
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach platforms
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and motivated by results
