Business Development & Partnership (remote/flexi hours)
What You’ll Do- Identify and pursue new merchant and partnership opportunities through research, outreach, and creative lead generation
- Understand clients’ needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win clients over
- Negotiate, close, and manage commercial deals and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, retail insights, and competitors
- Use CRM tools (like HubSpot) to track leads, performance, and follow-ups
- Assist with merchant onboarding, account management and operations
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (retail/media experience a plus)
- Strong communicator, confident negotiator, and natural relationship-builder
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
- Digitally savvy and resourceful—you know how to figure things out
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and outreach platforms
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and motivated by results
