Job Scope:

• Conceptualise and develop storyboards for short-form video content that effectively promote WOG learning
• Possess the ability to craft and create compelling content that resonates with public officers
• Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos optimised for different social media platforms and ensure content aligns with client's objectives and brand guidelines
• Optimise video content for each platform's specific requirements and best practices
• Analyse content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirement:

• Content Creation
• Proven experience in digital content creation, particularly video production for social media channels
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and engaging short-form video content
• Strong proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro/ After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar)
• In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, especially on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Good storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible, engaging manner
• Measuring Effectiveness
• Familiarity with social media analytics and content optimisation techniques
• Soft skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about government initiatives and learning programmes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
