Job Responsibilities- To assist Supervisor in overseeing the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment
- Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
- Ensure that all staff deployed on site adheres to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines
- Ensuring proper distribution of workload among the team & providing training and guidance to CSO
- Attending to emergencies, urgent calls and implementing contingency plans procedures in accordance to SOPs
- Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
- Submitting daily statement of accounts together with the relevant reports using the format approved
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum GCE A Level / Diploma in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
- A good team player, with cheerful personality and positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
