Job Responsibilities:

  1. Trade Finance Solution DesignDevelop suitable trade finance solutions for commodity trading, including letters of credit (L/C), factoring, forfaiting, supply chain finance, and accounts receivable financing.
Assess the cost, profitability, and risks of financing tools to optimize fund utilization.
  1. Trade Finance OperationsApply for and manage letters of credit (L/C), standby letters of credit (SBLC), and bank guarantees (BG) to ensure timely supplier deliveries.
Handle export L/C document submission, negotiation, and financing to ensure timely cash flow.
Manage accounts receivable financing, factoring, and discounting to optimize liquidity.
  1. Risk Management & ComplianceEvaluate credit, market, and operational risks in trade finance transactions to ensure fund security.
Monitor and implement compliance requirements related to anti-money laundering (AML), trade sanctions, and trade authenticity verification.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  1. Fund Management & ReconciliationTrack the utilization of trade finance funds to ensure proper allocation.
Handle interest payments, loan repayments, and cost settlements while reconciling bank accounts.
Monitor financing maturities and arrange early repayments or extensions as needed.
  1. Internal & External Collaboration & Market ResearchWork closely with trade and finance teams to ensure financing solutions meet business needs.
Maintain and expand relationships with banks, factoring companies, and insurance providers.

Stay updated on commodity market trends, macroeconomic conditions, and interest rate changes to optimize financing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in trade finance at a bank or corporate finance department, with a solid understanding of trade finance operations and compliance.
  3. Proficiency in letters of credit, factoring, accounts receivable financing, and supply chain finance, as well as international trade regulations (e.g., UCP600, ISBP).
  4. Strong abilities in financial analysis, risk management, and foreign exchange management.
  5. Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with financial institutions.
  6. Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
