Jurong West - Sales and Operations Executive [Plastic Manufacturing Industry]

Responsibilities:

The role reports to the Group Head of the Sales Department, Managing Directors, and CEO.

• Expand business opportunities and develop strategies in overseas markets
• Support the sales manager in identifying and exploring new overseas markets beyond Japan
• Lead the establishment and development of new products
• Possess familiarity with plastic manufacturing; collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) department and marketing team to promote new products

• Assist in the procurement of raw materials for the Group

• Strengthen collaboration among departments to optimize and enhance supply chain processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on business improvement
• Experience with environmentally friendly materials for plastic products
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, preferably in Communication Studies.
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japan Headquarters, the Japan Sales Team, and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with the manufacturing plant in Indonesia
• Willing to travel frequently for business and be stationed abroad
