Senior Assistant Director, Finance Lead - Healthcare Sector - Pasir Ris

We are recruiting for a key finance leadership role in a renowned healthcare institution, where you will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, reporting, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance team in monthly and year-end financial reporting, statutory audits, and compliance.
• Manage annual budgets and projections, providing valuable insights and recommendations to guide senior leadership in executing strategic objectives.
• Lead process reviews and simplifications of accounting close processes to ensure operational excellence in financial functions.
• Oversee subvention/capitation funding and collaborate with key stakeholders to address sustainability concerns.
• Partner with Risk teams to maintain robust internal controls and governance.

• Bachelor Degree in Business/ Finance or related studies
• 13 - 15 years of relevant work experience in healthcare setting with at least 8 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams through change, new set-ups, or organisational restructures
• Excellent business partnering abilities, with experience engaging senior management and cross-functional teams
• Agile mindset and ability to manage ambiguity, combined with advanced financial modelling and data visualisation skills
• Extensive knowledge in financial accounting, planning, analytics, and enterprise risk management
• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO, MM), S4/HANA, MS Office applications, and data visualisation tools
