Assistant Relationship / Sales Operations Manager || Sales Support >> Insurance | HNW | Wealth Management - Bukit Merah

The Sales Operations Manager include pre-case coordination, new business submissions, and policy support for Sales Consultants. The role demands case management experience with HNW clients, strong organizational skills, knowledge of underwriting requirements.

You will be reporting to the CEO Singapore.

This is a Permanent, Full-time, Individual Contributor role based in Singapore.

• Provide sales & post-sales policy support to Sales Consultants.
• Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for Sales Consultants’ meetings.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and proper documentation in the CRM.
• Coordinate pre-case tasks, including medical bookings, KYC documentation, and insurer applications.
• Manage new business submissions and collaborate with Sales Consultants until policy inception.
• Oversee monthly reporting.
• Address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
• Perform occasional ad-hoc tasks within the Sales Operations Department as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of Assistant Relationship Management / Case Management experience with HNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of insurers’ underwriting requirements for efficient case submissions.
• Proficient in using different software/apps to generate insurer illustrations.
• Technical expertise and functional skills to perform at a high level.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing cases and daily tasks.
• Meticulous, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
• Adaptable to change and able to manage uncertainties effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in written & spoken Chinese for effective external communication with clients & internal stakeholders

• Experience in the insurance broking or insurance industry.
• Knowledge of the Singapore financial services market and HNW needs
• Experience in the Private Banking Industry
