Responsibilities

Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure.

Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.

Oversee the constant availability of technical resources.

Participate in Pre-sales and Post-sales activities.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

Basic system fundamentals

2+ years in system support experience, ideally in an enterprise environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions will be an added advantage

Must be able to work independently
