Assistant Sales Supervisor (Japanese speaking / JLPT N3) - Geylang

We are a Japanese company dealing in secondhand luxury goods, with more than 100 stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore combined.

During probation, salary will be $3,700

After 4 months probation, salary will increase to $4,000.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage daily store tasks and team task
• Support the supervisor to meet sales targets and goals
• Encourage and guide staff to give good customer service
• Make sure secondhand luxury items are displayed and handled properly
• Help with stock check, pricing, and tagging items
• Assist with customer questions, complaints, or special requests
• Train new staff and share product knowledge
• Keep the store clean, safe, and nicely arranged
• Help make sure product info is entered correctly online (e.g. photos, size, accessories)

Requirements:

• No knowledge of luxury brands required, all training provided onsite.
• Good sense in taking photos.
• Preferably JLPT N4 or above, to communicate with superiors and Japan headquarters. We welcome candidates who do not have JLPT but have sufficient ability and plan to take JLPT in the near future.
