Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Digital Marketing Executive who can create impactful campaigns, drive measurable results, and contribute to our brand's growth in the finance sector. While direct experience in all areas is not mandatory, a proactive approach to learning and applying new skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Write high-quality, persuasive copy for email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and advertisements tailored to the finance audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and key messaging while incorporating SEO best practices.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns across platforms like YouTube, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop innovative strategies and optimize performance.
  • Digital Advertising & Analytics:
  • Support the management and optimization of advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and contribute to data-driven improvements.

SEO and Social Media:

  • Learn and implement SEO strategies to enhance content visibility.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms through engaging content and audience interactions.

Budget Awareness:

  • Work within assigned budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources under the guidance of the team lead.
  • Market Research & Innovation:
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform campaign planning.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, particularly in digital marketing and the finance sector.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and effective content.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube (training will be provided if needed).
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and use tools like Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading, or stocks is a plus but not required.
  • Eagerness to grow within the finance industry and willingness to adapt to new challenges.
  • Preferred but Not Required:
  • Experience in YouTube campaign creation or video content strategy.
  • Exposure to the finance industry or knowledge of financial products.
