Marketing Assistant - Geylang

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in day-to-day operations and campaigns. This role will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline
• Manage and update company social media accounts (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content creation and posting
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and printers
• Assist in organizing brand promotion activities, PR events, and trade shows
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
• Maintain and update the company’s website and marketing databases

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (internship experience is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in [language requirements]
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and email marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred
