Job Description
  • Coordinate, perform and assist in administrative and secretarial support for the department, which require a range of skills and knowledge of organisational policies and procedures.
  • Primary point of administrative contact for internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate the provision of office support services to the department.
  • Participate in the coordination and completion of special projects and events.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for fellowship attachment programme, patient research recruitment paperwork, patient care and clinical activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma with 6 years of working experience
  • Prior working experience in the healthcare industry and support provision to the Senior/ Mid management will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in a range of Microsoft Office software applications will be an advantage
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
