Senior Executive, Sustainability

Job Summary

The Sustainability Senior Executive will support and implement Frasers Property Singapore's sustainability strategy, driving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) excellence across the organization.

• Collect, develop and maintain sustainability data, reporting and disclosure, including annual sustainability reports, ESG reporting, GRESB and administrative matters
• Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability strategies, budget and initiatives across the organization
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making processes
• Engage with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and industry associations, to advance sustainability goals and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Assist and provide sustainability expertise and support to business units, including providing guidance on sustainable design, construction, and operations
• Lead ISO14001,45001 and 50001 documentation and audits
• Identify and pursue opportunities for sustainability-related innovation and collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3+ years of experience in Sustainability or a related role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
• Familiarity with sustainability principles, practices, frameworks and reporting standards including ESG reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
