We are in a joint venture with a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Singapore. For the on-going MRT/LTA project, we are seeking a Construction Manager and Project Managers to oversee an MRT Depot and Tunneling Project, ensuring smooth execution and full construction lifecycle management.

Eligibility: Must hold Singapore Permanent Residency or E-Pass

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the construction lifecycle of MRT/LTA projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Supervise site teams, ensuring compliance with LTA requirements and project specs.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, sequencing, and resource allocation to meet milestones.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, LTA quality and safety standards, and ISO certifications.
• Identify and resolve site issues and risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct progress meetings, site inspections, and quality control checks.
• Enforce safety measures and coordinate with safety teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and updates for management and stakeholders.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with 5 years in MRT/LTA projects.
• Experience managing MRT station, viaduct, or underground projects in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of LTA regulations, statutory approvals, and coordination processes.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, safety teams, and MRT-specific construction activities.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
