Branch Manager/Supervisor (Full Time) - Geylang

Responsibilities:

• Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers
• Record daily transaction for all services performed
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters
• Enhance guest recognition at all times be addressing guests name and interacting with them on a professional level
• Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer’s queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.
• To maintain and update customer database at all time
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
• Able to train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
• Drive & exceed individual & store targets

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or above
• Pleasant and service oriented personality
• Sales driven & highly motivated
• Can do and positive attitude
• 6 days’ workweek
• Shift 1: Monday to Thursday- 10.00am to 7.00pm
• Shift 2: Weekend- 11.00am to 8.00pm / 12.00pm to 9.00pm
• Able to work on retail hours
• Basic salary + personal sales commission+ outlet sales commission
