The region managed from a team in Singapore, covers channel partners (12 agents from Pakistan to Taiwan) and 3 subsidiaries (Philippines, India, Australia).- Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for enforcing adherence to the company sales rules and guidelines, administration of customer data in CRM systems (SalesForce.com) and compiling sales data, analyzing it and generating reports. In addition, the Sales Coordinator supports the day-to-day needs of the Sales Team.
This position is a new add-on to reinforce Sales Efficiency, and support Channel Directors.- Duties and Responsabilities
- Sales Analysis and reporting (using SalesForce.com)
o Compile, prepare and maintain (weekly, monthly, quarterly) sales reports
o Data cleaning check
o Verify activity on Account and Opportunity Databases
o Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Business Reports
o Actively follow up the sales campaigns
o Monthly check of orders for internal compensation system (GAP)- Sales Team Support
o Drafting Power point Presentations and Sales agreements
o Coordinating with Sales Enablement team at Head Quarters
o Administrative management of tender meetings and proposal requests
o Support Sales team in their daily work
o Ensure the adherence to Sales Procedures before forwarding orders signed to the Sales Administration
o Assist in documenting standard procedures in the sales department- Internal & External Relations

- Education and/or Experience:
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of administrative and sales assistant experience
- Position Qualifications:
- Experience in working and coaching agents and sales team
- Data driven, Analytic, Methodical, Discipline
- Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications)
- Experience using CRM systems (SalesForce.com is a plus)
- Must have strong proactive communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously. Must be proactive and could work with minimum instructions
- Good Time Managing skills
- Ability to understand team priorities and execute tasks accordingly
- Ability to work with people in different departments, and foster team spirit
- Good writing skills in English

- The job is based in Singapore, with no regular travel requirement.
