Retail Sales Associate / IT Support Assistant (Electronics & Sustainability) - Bukit Merah

• Location: Bugis/ Central Region
• Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month (Basic, depending on experience/ skills) + Incentives
• Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Respond to product inquiries and explain upcycling/trade-in processes.
• Advise customers on pre-owned/refurbished devices and eco-friendly options.
• Educate customers on sustainability and promote zero e-waste initiatives.
• Handle buyback and trade-in transactions for used electronic devices.
• Use digital tools in-store to manage orders, reports, and inventory.
• Ensure smooth store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Support sales team in meeting targets and promoting sustainability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or customer service, preferably in consumer electronics, is an advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with digital sales tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly business practices.
