FP&A Executive, Finance Operations (Healthcare) - Bukit Merah

• Support clinical and operational stakeholders in interpreting their operating expenses and performance data to inform strategic planning and decision-making
• Develop and maintain robust programme and specialty-level financial performance reports to provide actionable insights and facilitate cost control initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial projections, including conducting regular operational reviews with key stakeholders
• Provide guidance on financial policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and alignment across departments
• Build strong domain knowledge of healthcare financials, key cost drivers, and the subsidy framework to deliver meaningful analyses and recommendations that support cost competitiveness and pricing decisions
• Conduct benchmarking, identify cost-saving opportunities through data and metric analysis, and perform deep dives into cost recovery strategies
• Contribute to ongoing and new initiatives aimed at improving finance-related processes and internal controls
• Participate in systems implementation projects and change management activities
• Undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities as required to support the finance team’s objectives

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related studies
• 2 - 3 years of experience in finance role within healthcare setting
• Proficiency in SAP (FI-CO and ISH), MS Office applications and data visualisation tools will be advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
