Position Summary
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the primary contact for the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, payment, and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with operations, logistics, and customers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, including order status, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and receivables to maintain cash flow.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, supporting complaint resolution and improvement projects.
- Conduct customer site visits with Sales to strengthen relationships.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs.
Job Requirement:

- Customer-driven, proactive, and relationship-focused.
- Works well under pressure, prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills (multicultural).
- IT proficiency (MS Office, SAP a plus).
- Supply chain knowledge (UCP/Incoterms) preferred.
