Senior Associate - Equity Capital Market - Investor Relations - Bukit Merah

Job Description:

• Capital Markets Support: Involvement in IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and M&A transactions.
• Deal Origination: Helping identify potential issuers and preparing pitch presentations to secure business.
• Market Research: Analyzing market intelligence, conducting company and transaction comparisons.
• Client & Investor Relations: Collaborating with clients and investors to ensure the successful completion of transactions.
• Roadshow & Marketing: Assisting in organizing roadshows and other marketing activities, including preparing marketing materials.
• Document Preparation: Drafting sales teasers, term sheets, and investor engagement documents.
• Pitch Creation: Developing and presenting pitches to promote capital markets services.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring that all necessary documentation and compliance papers are prepared for internal approvals.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in Banking, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets. Experience in equity capital markets in Singapore is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong financial and analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Bloomberg.
• Strong project management, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and investors.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and responsible with the initiative to take on challenges.
