Key Responsibilities:- Prepare invoices for clients and suppliers
- Assist with purchase orders and track purchases
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) for business trips
- Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary information
- /Manage procurement of drone spare parts (suppliers, quotes, orders)
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, document management)
- Provide support to other administrative functions as needed
- 2-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently
